Salary: Scale 5 (£25119 - £26421pa)

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 7am - 11:00 am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm.

A once in a career opportunity to work in a new, state of the art primary school. Lakelands Primary School opened its doors to Reception children in September 2020 and has grown one year group at a time, year on year, and will be full in 2026. We are seeking to recruit a reliable, hardworking and trustworthy individual to work as a Site Manager who can ensure that our children have a safe and secure place to learn and play.

The successful candidate will ensure the safe operation of the school by carrying out a range of duties including management of statutory compliance, health and safety, general maintenance and supervision of contractors. Prior experience within a similar setting is desirable but training for the successful candidate will be offered as required.

You will become part of The Lakelands Primary School community and will work closely with the Headteacher, office staff, and the CLP Trusts Facilities and Estates Manager.

Lakelands Primary School is a brand new primary school that opened in September 2020 with state of the art facilities in Stanway, Colchester. Year on year the school will grow, providing 420 places for local children between four and eleven years old by 2026. At Lakelands Primary School we are creating a new school where children can thrive and flourish and fulfil their potential.
