We are looking to appoint an individual for a total of 15 hours a week 12pm-3pm Monday to Friday term time only (38 weeks) in the following roles: SEN Learning Support Assistant for 10 hours a week plus Midday Assistant for 5 hours per week in our friendly village school. This position is initially for a fixed term until 31 August 2021.
SEN LSA Scale 3 point 4 - £9.81 per hour, £4,249 pa (FTE £18,933)
MDA Scale 2 point 2 - £9.43 per hour, £2042pa (FTE £18,198)
The role will be to support a child with a range of learning needs.
The successful candidate will:
· Have a calm and positive manner
· Be flexible, patient and well organised
· Use their initiative within the remit of their role but also work as part of a team
· Be fair, caring and have a sense of humour
· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
