Ofsted January 2017

Come and work with us as a Teaching Assistant and provide learning support for identified pupils with Education and Healthcare Plans. You will need to be able to assist them with their work and have a genuine interest in their development. You will need to have the skills to work with groups of students or with individuals and experience of working in schools or with large groups of teenagers would be advantageous.

We would especially welcome applications from graduates with a view to progressing onto the Graduate Teacher Programme. Candidates wishing to join the scheme will need to be educated to degree level.

We lead a family of schools as part of the Kemnal Academies Trust and as a national teaching school we provide exceptional career progression and bespoke CPD experiences for our staff. We see this as an exciting role for exceptional teachers who have shown a continued interest in CPD and are eager to be a part of our hub for the TKAT SCITT

Information about the School

Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Academy that constantly achieves outstanding outcomes for its students.

Last year’s GCSE results put us in the top 10 most successful non-selective successful schools in Essex, and our growing Sixth Form – first opened in 2015 – achieved a 100% pass rate in our first set of A-Level results.

As a National Teaching School, we lead a family of schools as part of the Kemnal Academies Trust, providing exceptional career progression and bespoke CPD experiences for our staff, which has led to our middle and senior leadership teams being composed of many teachers who began their career with us.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
