Stage Leader/Class Teacher - EYFS
Pay Scale: Up to UPS 5 depending on experience and a TLR2A allowance
Required: 1st January 2021
based at; Little Thurrock Primary School, Rectory Road, Grays, Essex, RM17 5SW

Little Thurrock Primary School is on a journey to excellence and is looking to recruit an Early Years Leader/Class Teacher to join our team and make a real difference to our children's lives. Little Thurrock Primary School is a three-form entry primary school with over 650 pupils on role in Grays, Thurrock and is a member of Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust. Our schools' ethos is based on the Co-operative values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and sharing a sense of collective responsibility for supporting each other.
Candidate Requirements;
As an Early Years Leader/Class Teacher, candidates must;
- Be an excellent Early Years practitioner, who will inspire and motivate children and staff to fulfil their potential.
- Be highly motivated with proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire colleagues.
- Have experience of teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Have excellent management and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to lead, challenge and develop staff so that children receive an education of the highest quality.
