NORTH ESSEX TEACHER TRAINING (NETT)
PROGRAMME ASSISTANT
Pay Range: Local Government Scale 5
Actual Salary from £16,945 (Point 8-11)
Start Date: 1st April 2020
The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to operate, maintain and develop the administrative procedures and systems of NETT with the Programme Director and other staff.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- To provide an effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to NETT, including some financial duties
- To ensure that visitors are received professionally and that Safeguarding procedures are followed through
- To organise meetings ensuring that personnel are notified and reminded of upcoming meetings by email, typing, filing and circulating agenda and minutes when required; providing and setting out the relevant paperwork for each meeting
- To administer applications in liaison with the Programme Director and complete the appropriate UCASTT and School Direct procedures

This post is 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time, plus Non-pupil days and 2 days working during school closure periods), however, we are willing to consider applications from people who are able to work fewer hours per week.
