Catering Manager
Required 20th April 2020
27.5 hours per week.
Scale 6 (previously Band 3) points 12-17
44.3 weeks per year (including 5 non-pupil days)
We are seeking a Catering Manager to join our friendly team to work term time plus 5 non-pupil days. Your primary roles will be to be responsible for the operational efficiency of the catering service, planning, preparation and presentation of fresh food and beverages to the required standard within the budget limitations as agreed with the school management and maintain the highest standards of personnel management, hygiene and health and safety.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate patience, initiative and understanding and enjoy working with children. Full training will be provided but ideally candidates should hold the Level 3 Food Safety Certificate, have experience of working in a similar environment and have knowledge of national food standards and allergies.
