1 - 1 LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT to SUPPORT SEND
Term time only,15 hours a week Monday to Friday 9 am to 12 midday
BAND 2 point 3
Start date from 25th November 2019 to 22nd July 2020
Are you someone who would love to be able to support learning in the classroom for those children who find learning a challenge?
Are you able…
to work closely with other members of staff , especially the SENCo ?
to build a strong professional relationship with the child and the family?
to share ideas in class planning and adapt work to the needs of the child
Do you have…
Knowledge / experience of Special Educational Needs and Disability?
The enthusiasm to develop your own skills through further training?
Good organisational skills?
Knowledge of behaviour management [or are you happy to learn] ?
Excellent literacy skills and some ICT skills?
The ability to communicate with parents and outside agencies?
Can you set out your qualities and experience in a comprehensive letter on the application form?
