Inclusion Coordinator
Required September 2019
35 hours per week (9am to 4.30pm)
38 weeks per year (plus 1 week CPD term time)
Band 3, £19,171 - £23,836 (pro rata + £874 Fringe)
£16,110 - £19,859 (Actual Salary)
Pastoral care is at the heart of everything we do at West Hatch and we are looking for
someone to join our team who is passionate about supporting young people and removing the barriers they face to help them reach their potential. This is a new role, developed as we broaden our provision due to increasing numbers through expansion. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with students while having clear boundaries for managing their behaviour.
