HEAD OF FACULTY - MPR/UPR + TLR1a (£9,478)

Beauchamps High School has a vacancy for a Head of Faculty, who will be responsible for leading the Business and ICT departments. Are you a confident, dedicated teacher of Business with aspirations for a role in leadership and the potential to guide others towards success? Do you have the drive and commitment to ensure high standards so that all students are given the opportunity to achieve? As a dynamic, enthusiastic and talented teacher with a genuine passion for teaching, this is an exciting opportunity for a Business Specialist to lead the Business, ICT and Applied Learning faculty.

The cornerstone of our educational vision is to give all students access to the best teaching to support their progress and we would expect our Head of Faculty to take a prominent role in this. You will be working with a team of highly committed and experienced individuals in already successful and friendly departments, with an established programme of staff induction, training and development opportunities.

Beauchamps High School is an 'OUTSTANDING' 11-18 school, with examination results at all levels above the National picture. In this role, you will:

  • be responsible for leading and developing the Business and ICT departments
  • take a lead in achieving the highest standards of teaching in these areas
