Due to the growth of the Professional Skills and Business Management Department at Chelmsford College, we are seeking to appoint an innovative, enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer to support our highly experienced and expanding team.

We are a wide-ranging department with study programmes offered to young adults in T levels, Business Finance, Marketing, Travel & Tourism and Law, and are particularly proud of learner's achievements in the department, through launching and running their own successful enterprises.

Candidates must have good knowledge and experience of teaching BTEC up to Level 3 Business. You should have a good record of Teaching and Learning practice and have a relevant degree and a level 5 teaching qualification. Knowledge and experience of developing T Levels would also be an advantage. Applications from NQT candidates may be considered on their merits.
