Learning Support Assistant

Salary: Salary Band 2 Pt 11-14 FTE £17,604-£18,278 inc Fringe allowance. Actual salary for 32.5 hrs per week Term time + insets £12,366.11-£12,839.57. This is a fixed term post until August 2021.

Working hours: 32.5 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our Academies on a permanent basis. The position is to work on a one to one basis with a student with SEN.

Ideally candidates would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applicants must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of working with students with SEN is desired. Learning Support Assistants (LSA) would work alongside, and individually from class teachers.
