Transition Co-Educator - Band 2 starting point 11 (Range 11 - 16) 28 hours per week - TERM TIME ONLY PLUS NON PUPIL DAYS
Due to career progression, we are once again looking to recruit a skilful, hardworking and caring person to join our friendly school family in the role of Transition Co-Educator. With the school due to be moving to a new site in September 2019, it's the ideal time to join us, with lots of exciting times ahead!
Main areas of the job role include:
- Supporting Transition
- Support Post 16 Work Experience
- Classroom Support
- Running of Workshops
- Build working relationships with local employers to expand work experience opportunities
You will also need to have your own car with Business Insurance
Lexden Springs is an inspiring school where no two days are ever the same (but a smile is always guaranteed!) which caters for pupils aged 3 - 19 who have a variety of severe learning difficulties, including some with autism and/or challenging behaviour and some with serious medical conditions.
