We are looking for an inspirational English Tutor to join us and provide intervention support to students in order to support raising attainment.

With a minimum Level 3 English qualification, you will be able to demonstrate the talent and interpersonal skills and a range of teaching strategies. Above all, you must have a passion for English and be able to inspire and motivate your students.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for applicants who have a degree (or are studying for a degree), as you gain experience to potentially develop a career within teaching. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 08:30-15:00, term time plus five non-student days. However a job share or part-time hours may be available for the right candidate.

This position is based at Maltings Academy. However, as we work closely with our sister academy, New Rickstones Academy (also in Witham), all new contracts are to work across both academies.

This is a fixed term post (dependent on continuous Pupil Premium funding) and is required to commence September 2019.
