From September 24 we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Learning Coach who can build positive working relationships with our pupils.
The Learning Coach will provide support and guidance to children who are experiencing difficulties in learning due to social, emotional or mental health needs, children who are struggling to meet behaviour expectations or other issues. This professional must be willing to go the extra mile for our children at Bournemouth Park Academy.
The role of the successful candidate involves working directly with pupils to help overcome barriers to learning, meet needs, improve behaviour and raise achievement, while supporting pupil's physical and mental well-being.
