Job Description

We are seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to work 1:1 with pupils in School who have EHC plans. The posts are for 28 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

Qualities needed for these posts include:

· a caring nature,

· having patience and a sense of humour

· and, most importantly, having a positive attitude.

Qualifications in a relevant subject area to NVQ level 2 or above would be very desirable.

Experience of working 1:1 supporting a child would also be very desirable, as would having experience of working on a differentiated curriculum suited to an individual child's needs, although all necessary training would be given for the right applicant.
