Job Description

37 hours per week - between 8:00-4:30

39 weeks per year - Term time plus non pupil days

We currently have a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant to join our busy office team. We are a large school with an admin team of 5. We are looking for a dynamic member of staff to join our school team to facilitate the partnership between home, school, wider community and the local authority.Strong computing skills are essential although training on specific software will be given. The successful candidate would be the first point of contact for both face to face and telephone enquiries with pupils, parents and visitors.
