We are looking to appoint an LSA to support a Year 1 child. The position is for 28 hours per week on a fixed term contract attached to the child.
Suitable applicants will need to be able to work as part of a team following a structured programme of learning. Applicants should be organised and show initiative and flexibility, be patient and understand the very confidential nature of this role. The successful candidate must have GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C or an equivalent qualification. Preferably the successful candidate will also be NVQ Level 3 qualified. Experience of dealing with children with individual and complex needs is essential as is a caring attitude and commitment to the role.
