Administration Assistant
Band 2 Point 11
Starting Salary £13,502
37 hours per week - between 8:00-4:30
40 weeks per year - Term time plus 2 weeks
To start on 4th September 2017
Due to the retirement of a member of the staff, we have a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant to join our office team. We are a large school with an admin team of 5. We need someone who is calm under pressure, enthusiastic, flexible, and efficient and who has a good sense of humour.
The successful candidate would be the first point of contact for both face to face and telephone enquiries with pupils, parents and visitors. They would provide first aid and welfare needs to our pupils and undertake general office duties including processing of money, selling school uniform and data input. Strong computing skills are essential although training on specific software will be given.
