The Governing Body, Headteacher, staff and children are looking to appoint an inspirational leader to join our popular, successful and forward thinking school to start in January 2016 and help us continue on our journey towards 'Outstanding'.
The prospective candidate should be an ambitious leader and:
An outstanding primary practitioner who has the experience to demonstrate success in driving forward improvement to achieve excellence in education to impact on raising pupil attainment;
Lead by example to model and coach colleagues effectively, to maintain high quality teaching and learning opportunities;
Be an excellent communicator, with high levels of emotional intelligence and a strong commitment to working in partnership with colleagues, parents, Governors and the community;
Have experience of rigorous tracking, data analysis and lead on whole school summative and formative assessment;
Promote the school vision and passion for the highest possible levels of attainment and achievement for pupils whatever their needs, abilities and circumstances;
Demonstrate substantial and proven senior leadership, experience in school improvement, performance management, monitoring and self-evaluation;
Have the ability to drive forward developments in the curriculum.
