This is an exciting opportunity, working across the Trust as part of the Central Education Team, to manage the implementation of strategically-driven projects which transform systems and deliver real and significant benefits to the pupils and staff within Attain.

You will have school-based experience as a senior leader and be able to demonstrate excellent project management and people skills with the ability to work to tight budgets and deadlines.

With excellent leadership and communication skills, you will be able to inspire colleagues to attain goals and pursue excellence.You will also have the ability to organise your time effectively in order to maximise productivity whilst directing, developing and motivating others.
