Chelmsford College is a great organisation confident about its future and in our 60th anniversary year we are now seeking a new Director of Curriculum to join our Senior Management Team. We operate across two sites within Chelmsford and engage with a range of stakeholders to plan, shape and grow our curriculum portfolio which encompasses all funding streams. We have prioritised growth, curriculum innovation, resilience and sustainability as key strategic aims and our next Director of Curriculum will be in a position to contribute to our achievements.

Therefore, we are looking for a passion, forward thinking individual who is a curriculum specialist and can bring fresh ideas into the College. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum and will take the strategic lead in the development of all types of curriculum to enable us provide inspirational leadership and promote the College values.
