Bournes Green Infant School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and flexible person to work within our EYFS team, with particular responsibility for children with SEND. This will include children with communication and language difficulties and autism. There will be an element of supporting children with their self-care. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children who have SEND
Successful candidates will:
· Have the knowledge and skills to support a child's anxiety, behaviour and academic needs.
· Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to children, parents and other adults.
· Be determined to develop children's learning, encouraging them to achieve their best.
· Be organised and efficient to set up systems to support learning and well-being.
· Be an effective team-player.
