Wishes to appoint an
Attendance and Wellbeing Officer
Salary: Essex Scale 5 Point 8 - 11
(£12,319.58 - £13,074.05 per annum, plus £376.34 fringe allowance per annum)
25 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 12:30pm
40 weeks of the year - term time, inset days plus 1 additional week
Required: September 2022
Brentwood County High School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual capable of monitoring, encouraging and where necessary, enforcing the school attendance of all pupils. The successful candidate will also be a first aider for the school and work with the Wellbeing and Attendance Officer to support the medical needs of all students.
The successful applicant will:
- Work closely will School Leaders and the Trust Education Welfare team.
- Be responsible for the attendance process for Brentwood County High School
- Keep professional, accurate and detailed attendance records in accordance with the school practice
- Monitor student attendance and punctuality.
