Job Description

Required from September, we are looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant is required to join our Visits office. The successful applicant will need good communication and ICT skills.

You will provide administrative support to the International Co-ordinator in organising the school's visits and exchange programmes, work packages for visits and the Duke of Edinburgh scheme.

Hours: 27 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 14:30

Friday 09:00 - 14:00

Term Time only, plus 2 weeks to be worked during school closure

Salary: Scale 5 Point 8 - £13,924.78 per annum (actual gross annual salary)

Progression is based on an annual performance review.
