Early Years Foundation Stage Practitioner from September 2022

27.5 hours per week 38 Weeks per year (paid for 43.1 weeks p.a.)

National Joint Council Points 4-5

We are looking to appoint an experienced EYFS LSA who is enthusiastic, energetic, committed and caring.

The successful candidate will:

Hold GSCE A-C in English and Maths
Embody the core values of compassion and kindness, hope, connection and belonging
Be able to gather evidence to support assessments and be familiar with using Tapestry (or similar)
Listen to and act on guidance from teachers and other professionals.
Demonstrate initiative to support and extend learning following teacher led plans and adapt the work to suit the needs of the children, if the need arises.
Work as part of a team that is committed to ensuring each child reaches their full potential
Be flexible and fun!
