School Business Manager
Full time, 37 hours/week, term-time plus 1 holiday week
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and welcoming business manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will pay a key role in the smooth running of the school, being responsible for the, finance, HR, payroll, premises and the line management of non-class based support staff.

Successful applicants will ideally have a school business management qualification or be willing to work towards this, plus:
· Proven finance and business experience, preferably within an educational setting
· Strong organisational skills, plus an ability to work under pressure
· Excellent people skills and some experience of managing staff
· Experience of premises and facilities management
· Be flexible and resilient
· Have excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills, and show initiative and commitment to school improvement
· Have the children at the heart of everything you do
