Grove House is a welcoming, positive and supportive special school for pupils aged 8-19 with speech, language and communication needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and dynamic teacher to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated, pupil-centred and forward-thinking staff team and Trust
Applications are welcome from primary, secondary, special school and mainstream colleagues.
Starting January 2023 or sooner if available.
Prior experience of working with children who have special educational needs desirable but not essential as full training is available.
A TLR2 is available for subject lead (dependant on skill and experience), for ambitious candidates wishing to take the next step in their career. The roles will include:
- Responsibility for a form group
- Engagement with parents and carers including Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) review meetings
- Primarily Teaching Maths. Teaching other subjects dependant on areas of strength.
