16 Hours per week - Term time only
Due to the success of our brand new nursery, a wonderful opportunty to join our EYFS team, as a Nursery Assistant has arisen.
The successful candidate will have:
- A qualification in childcare/education
- Previous experience of working with young chidren
- Paediatric First Aid training (desirable)
- Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- A good sense of initiative
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively as a team member
The job role will include:
- Helping to set up the learning environment for each session
- Undertake the role of keyworker for a group of children, liaising closely with parents/carers and ensuring each child's needs are recognised and met
- Attending training and meetings as required
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties
