We are looking for a teacher with experience of dealing with pastoral issues and working with external agencies to join the Executive Leadership of Moulsham High School as the Standards and Progress Leader for Year 9. This role has become vacant due to the promotion of the current postholder to Assistant Head.

Standards and Progress Leaders are responsible for ensuring that: all students' pastoral needs are met; all students attend school regularly and all students achieve the highest possible academic outcomes. The successful candidate will have a reduced teaching allocation and be supported in their work by a Pastoral Manager. The teaching commitment will be in business studies, computer science or maths.
