Wishes to appoint a

KS2 Phase Leader and Teacher

Salary: Teachers' Main Scale Point 1 - 6

(depending on experience) + TLR2B, £4,942.00

100% FTE

Start Date: September 2022

We are looking to appoint an experienced teacher with a proven track record of teaching and leading across KS2 who wants to join Little Thurrock Primary School, a part of the Osborne Cooperative Academy Trust. The successful candidate would be the phase lead for Year 3 and 4, as well as a core subject lead in English. Our schools' ethos is based on the Co-operative values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and sharing a sense of collective responsibility for supporting each other.

· Engage and motivate children in the classroom;

· Use curriculum knowledge to teach and assess effectively;

· Be dedicated to the welfare and achievement of every child

· Demonstrate creativity, innovation and a passion for improvement

· Have good organisation and communication skills
