Willow Brook Primary School is a successful School located at the heart of a diverse community in Colchester. We are looking to appoint a Reception Teacher/Foundation Stage Leader to start in September 2022.
We are looking for a highly driven and passionate individual to join us and play a significant role in the development of our EYFS phase.
This position is a permanent full time position with an excellent salary package offered to the right candidate with the right experience.
We are looking for someone who is:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about improving the educational experiences of young people, has at least 2 years of previous experience of teaching in Early Years and demonstrates strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum. Our ideal candidate displays a willingness to foster and develop home-school links and shows enthusiasm, motivation and creativity.
We are a hard-working team, where all staff are encouraged to develop themselves and to take ownership of being a leader in their own role. We are passionate about developing leadership at every level and committed to working with staff to facilitate their continuous professional development. There are numerous training opportunities for professional development, and the chance to work alongside other schools within TKAT.
