Classroom Teacher - Permanent Role
We have a wonderful opportunity to work in our incredible two form entry school. We are looking for a teacher to work in KS2, preferably with upper KS2 experience, to join our exceptional staff. We have an incredible team at Highwoods who care passionately about children and learning. We are committed to staff well-being and supporting staff with career development, whether this be through evidence informed CPD, Forest School training or NPQ courses. Our children are fabulous - eager to learn, kind, well behaved and highly motivated.
Our exceptionally high standards complemented by a deep understanding of trauma informed practice, alongside a highly effective nurture and a pastoral provision, makes our school a special place to learn and teach. Our curriculum values of Inspirational, Accessible, Aspirational and Resilience underpins an exciting and rich curriculum.
We are looking for a teacher who can:
· build highly effective and positive relationships with pupils and parents
· has a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning
· contribute to an already established and committed team
