Scale 4/6 Point 6-17 (Actual salary £17,649 to £21,812 inc Outer Fringe)

Required: ASAP

A vacancy has arisen for a confident, self-motivated and passionate individual to join our Pastoral team to help remove barriers to learning and success. The successful candidate will need to be integral to enhancing the life chances of all our young people with a focus on attitudes to learning and engagement.

Good IT Skills are essential, preferably with sound experience in Word and Excel. Knowledge of SIMS will be an advantage. Whilst experience within an education setting is not a requirement, it would be desirable.

You should have the ability to adapt to unpredictable and challenging situations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive approach to working effectively with all members of the school community and wider organisations. This is a public facing role, so fluency in English is essential.

Our school is a dynamic learning environment, where all students are encouraged to aspire towards their very best. We challenge our students to achieve ambitious goals and to never settle for second best. If you feel you could contribute to this ethos and enhance it further, please contact us.
