SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER

Full time, 37 hours/week, term-time plus 1 holiday week

Local Government Scale 9, points 29 to 33, £33,468 to £37,568 per annum (£29,414 - £32,943 pro rata)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic business manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will pay a key role in the smooth running of the school, being responsible for the premises, finance, HR, payroll, H&S and the line management of all ancillary staff.

Successful applicants will ideally have a school business management qualification or be willing to work towards this, plus:

· Excellent people skills and some experience of managing staff

· Proven finance and business experience, preferably within an educational setting

· Strong organisational skills, plus an ability to work under pressure

· Experience of premises and facilities management
