Recently awarded with The Sunday Times Parent Power East Anglia State Secondary School of the Decade, the Headmaster and Governing Body of Colchester Royal Grammar School invite applications for a Deputy Head to join our Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership and management experience gained in a leadership role and will play a major part in supporting the Headmaster in the strategic leadership of our school.

You will be expected to lead on Safeguarding and Personal Development as well as contributing to the wider leadership of the school and to line manage key members of staff. Boys 11-18, on roll approx. 1012 students of which 400 in the sixth form, 30 boarders
