Catering Manager
30 hours per week
8:30am - 14.30pm Mon - Fri term time plus inset days
An opportunity has arisen for a Catering Manager to join our welcoming and dynamic school.
The candidate must have
· Experience in leading and motivating staff
· Menu planning
· Ability to prepare cook and serve for approx. 150+ healthy school meals every day
· Understand the importance of providing healthy nourishing meals
· Complete food safety records
· Operate and control stock
· Ensure kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times
· Understand budget control
· Maintain financial and admin records
We are looking to appoint a Catering Manager with enthusiasm and energy to provide nutritious healthy meals to our children.
