Salary scale 11, points 38-42 (£41,881 - £45,859 FTE) depending on experience

Runwell Community Primary School (a Single Academy Trust)is an exciting school which provides a very effective education for the children.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated School Business Manager. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of finance for the academy as well as providing advice and support for the Headteacher and trustee board.

The successful candidate will have:

  • proven financial leadership skills, ideally within a school environment
  • knowledge of accounting systems, budgeting, and management preparation of accounts and statutory reporting
  • excellent ICT skills
  • a flexible approach to working
  • knowledge of HR and payroll management, including safeguarding and recruitment procedures
  • a high degree of motivation and be fully committed to work in a busy and fast paced environment
