Midday Assistant
Pay - Scale 2/Point 2
5 hours per week
Fixed Term for 1 year

The Governing Body of St James wish to appoint a well organised, friendly and reliable person to join our team of midday assistants (MDAs), ensuring the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the midday break, in accordance with school policy, and under the direction of the Head of School.

We are looking for a candidate who:
· Has a strong understanding of Health, Safety & Wellbeing of the Children in their care.
We need you to:

· Have a flexible approach to daily tasks and be able to work on their own initiative
· Can multitask and work calmly and accurately under pressure
· Be a team player
· Be Professional, enthusiastic and hard working
· Have a commitment to professional and career development
