30 hours 30 minutes per week, term time
We are looking for a Classroom Cover Supervisor to join our excellent, friendly school in Chelmsford. The post involves managing students in class, making sure discipline is upheld, and ensuring that students carry out tasks in order to minimise the effect of the teacher's absence upon the students' learning.
It is likely that our ideal applicant would have good general knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage students in learning. They would be flexible and assertive. Whilst not essential, a background in supervision or management would be an advantage.
