KS2 CLASS TEACHER: Maternity Cover/Part-time post (Thursday and Friday)

Salary: Upper/Main Pay Scale (Christus Catholic Trust Thurrock Academies)

Location: St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary, Grays, Essex

Start: 18th November 2021 or earlier

The Christus Catholic Trust and the Local Governing Committee of this happy and successful school, wish to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join our friendly and dedicated staff team. We require a teacher to join a team of teachers in our school - year group 3.

The suitable candidate will be:

· A practising Catholic or will be willing to support the strong Catholic ethos of the school and have a secure understanding of the distinctive nature of the Catholic school

· An excellent classroom teacher committed to raising standards

· A team player with good interpersonal skills

· A practitioner who can support and promote the vision and ethos of our school and who has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour

Catering for around 630 pupils, St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary School is the largest primary school in the Diocese of Brentwood.
