We are looking to recruit some Mid Day Assistants to work in this school for children with severe and profound learning difficulties.
Applicants should ideally have some experience in a related field and an understanding of children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. You should also have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, and have a willingness to learn and take on new skills.
This position is from Monday to Friday, term time only, hours 12 noon to 1.30pm.
Actual annual salary from £3063.37 (for less than 5 year service with ECC) and £3167.95 (for more than 5 years with ECC)

Information about the School
Shorefields School caters for the needs of pupils with a range of severe learning difficulties. We currently have 154 pupils on roll aged between 3 and 19 years. The school is located in the centre of Clacton-on-Sea close to the beach and shopping area. Our catchment area extends to the whole of the Tendring peninsula
