Learning Support Assistant
Pay Range: Local Government Scale 3 Spine 4-5
Start Date: As soon as possible
Hours: 27.5 hours per week/ 39 working weeks
The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to work in partnership with all school staff and other professionals to support student learning in line with the National Curriculum, Code of Practice and School Policies and Procedures.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
· Support students with activities which support literacy and numeracy skills
· Understand specific learning needs and styles and provide differentiated support to students individually and within a group
· Contribute to reviews of students on Education, Health Care plans and production of relevant reports and records

We're looking for you if you have:
· GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
· Good understanding of Deaf Awareness and culture
