Collingwood Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join their hardworking and committed team of cleaners for 10 hours per week, there will also be potential of extra hours to cover sickness.

The 2-hour shift would be completed between the hours of 15.20pm to 5.20pm 19:00 Monday to Friday term time only with a further three deep cleans during the holiday periods, these days will be assigned by the Facilities manager before each holiday.

Pay: £9.25 per hour

Cleaner Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around a designated area of the school.

· Cleaning of classrooms and corridors. Including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass, windows and tables.

· Cleaning of welfare facilities, including restocking dispensers, emptying bins, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tiled floors.

· Performs additional duties as needed.

Cleaner Qualifications / Skills:

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Highly responsible & reliable

· Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

· Previous cleaning experience a plus
