HEADTEACHER Required 1st September 2021 Salary Range L24-L28 plus Healthcare Package

The Ongar Academy is looking for a successful Headteacher with considerable experience in secondary education who knows what outstanding provision and academic progress looks like. We want a collaborator, who not only will work closely with the Trust but who has a genuine desire to work openly and collectively with the local Ongar primary schools, who are also part of Bridge Academy Trust.

With a clear strategic vision, you will navigate the changing educational landscape with the full support of the CEO & Director of Secondary Education, the Local Governing Committee and the Trustees.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Headteacher to take up their first headship role, or for an existing Headteacher looking to work collaboratively in a supportive Trust. The Ongar Academy is now six years old and already has been judged 'Good' by Ofsted in May 2018.
