Holly Trees Primary School is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who is enthusiastic, effective and dedicated to improving pupil outcomes.
The post is for 30 hours and 25 minutes per week, 38 weeks per year Monday to Friday8.40 am -3.15 pm
We are looking to appoint an experienced LSA to join our friendly and caring team. The role will include working with individual pupils on a 1:1 basis and supporting pupils in class.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs or have an understanding of how these needs can affect child development, learning and relationships. They will have experience of following a One Plan.
The successful candidate will be encouraging, flexible and patient. They should be able to work as part of a team, communicate with parents and other agencies, as well as having an open-minded approach to learning.
