They enjoy working collaboratively on a range of exciting projects and to meet the individual needs of all children, ensuring all reach their full potential. They understand that children's outward behaviour is due to an underlying need and strive to meet these needs, underpinning behaviour approaches on positive relationships and mutual respect.
They are open to new ideas based on research and are willing to reflect on their own practice and develop their approaches to teaching and learning. They take an active role in curriculum development and personalising the learning for the children of Friar's Grove.

Interviews will take place remotely. We ask that candidates shortlisted for interview record a lesson in their own school and submit this as part of the process (more guidance will be given, including for candidates not currently in school or unable to make a recording). Candidates will also complete a short written task on the interview day.
