In this role you will be assigned several students to work with on a one to one basis, supporting and guiding them in varying degrees, offering students strategies to manage their own wellbeing.

The sessions offered to students will be time limited and outcome measures are expected to be used to assess student progress. There may be an element of group work and staff training. You will need to work within the guidelines of confidentiality, safeguarding and the BACPs ethical framework. Confidential notes will need to be completed in a timely manner to adhere to the BACPs guidance.

You will be a fully certified/qualified Counsellor and conform to the standards required within the BACP requirements.
