Site Assistant
Pay Range: Local Government Scale 4 £10, 618 per annum (Point 6-7)
Start Date: As soon as possible
The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to support and supervise weekend lettings on the School site, whilst undertaking a number of site tasks during the day - including cleaning, statutory checks, security inspections and minor repair works.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
· Carry out preventive maintenance and first line repairs as instructed.
· Unlock and lock windows, gates and doors around the site at the required times.
· Ensure duties are carried out in accordance with school based policies and health and safety procedures - including understanding lone working restrictions.

We're looking for you if you have:
· Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security
· Good knowledge of security, heating plant and other building systems
· Is adaptable, receptive to new ideas and willing to adjust to new demands and circumstances
· Aware of information sources and how to get information needed
