Are you extremely well organized and structured in your approach, with an excellent administration background, and have a good level of experience as an Exams Officer, and are now looking for that next step?

As the ExamsOfficer you will be responsible for all external exams and ensuring that all the regulatory bodies and their relevant regulations are adhered to. You will strive to maintain excellent standards and will manage the support team and the various exam invigilators. By attending all relevant training in relation to the governing bodies of exams you will ensure that you are always up-to-date with the requirements and can disseminate that and train the office based exam staff accordingly.

You will liaise with Subject Leads to ensure that all applications are in ahead of schedule and that the relevant support is provided where needed in relation to SENCO and Targeted Services. You will be responsible for claiming results for vocational courses. You will ensure that all results are posted and available within the relevant timeframes.

You will ensure that all policies in respect of Exams, DDA, Fire Evacuation, Internal Assessment Procedures are in place and up-to-date and available for inspection at any time. You will provide safe custody of and organize the examination stationery and materials, including question papers, and ITT requirements in accordance with regulations.
