CLASSROOM COVER SUPERVISOR
Scale 5 £14,028.80 actual salary
30 hours 30 minutes per week, term time
We are looking for a Classroom Cover Supervisor to join our excellent, friendly school in Chelmsford as soon as possible. The post involves managing students in class, making sure discipline is upheld, and ensuring that students carry out tasks in order to minimise the effect of the teacher's absence upon the students' learning.
It is likely that our ideal applicant would have a background in supervision or management, good general knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage students in learning. They would be flexible and assertive. Full training will be given.
